Our client is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) to support, optimise and further develop SAP HCM landscapes with a focus on personnel administration, payroll and time management. The position can be held on a hybrid basis at the locations Munich, Bad Sobernheim, Duderstadt, Dortmund or Schwalbach am Taunus.

Your responsibilities

• Support of the SAP HCM modules PA, PE, OM, ESS, MSS, FI-TV, PY-DE and PT

• Optimisation and further development of existing SAP HCM processes

• Advising clients in the respective modules

• Maintenance and adaptation of schemas, cycles and follow-up activities

• Taking on your own sub-projects after training

• Collaboration on topics such as SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll

Your profile

• At least 4 years of professional experience as an SAP HCM Consultant

• Sound knowledge of one or more of the modules mentioned

• Experience in personnel administration, payroll or time management

• Knowledge of schemas and cycles

• Ideally basic knowledge of ABAP or technical understanding

• Very good German skills, at least at B2 level
