Our client is looking for a Senior Google Workspace Engineer (m/f/d) to support enterprise clients in the strategic design, implementation, and further development of modern digital workplace solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Overall technical responsibility for scalable Google Workspace architectures in complex IT landscapes

• Translating business requirements into technical concepts and steering their implementation

• Integration of Google Gemini and other generative AI solutions into existing digital workplace strategies

• Conception and implementation of change and adoption programmes

• Conducting technical workshops and training sessions for IT teams and enterprise users

• Monitoring current developments in the Google Workspace ecosystem and developing innovative solution concepts

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a senior consulting or architecture role within an enterprise environment

• Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite as well as practical experience with Google Gemini

• Experience in strategic change and adoption programmes for major clients

• Sound knowledge of cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust, and networking

• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Business-fluent German and English skills

• Relevant Google Cloud or Google Workspace certifications, e.g. Google Workspace Administrator or Professional Collaboration Engineer
