Our client, an internationally growing cloud service provider, is looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Consultant (m/f/d) to strategically and technically shape the digital transformation of companies on Azure and take end-to-end responsibility for demanding cloud projects.

Your responsibilities

• Development and ownership of scalable Azure architectures, including high-level design, cloud governance, security, compliance and cost control

• Technical leadership of cloud transformation projects and steering of complex technical project streams

• Advising CIOs, CTOs and other decision-makers on Azure roadmaps, operating models and cloud investments

• Integration of Azure into existing on-premise and multi-cloud landscapes

• Implementation and further development of Infrastructure-as-Code and automated deployment solutions using Terraform, Bicep and Azure DevOps

• Translation of complex business requirements into technical solution concepts as well as coordination of the implementation

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in a senior consulting, lead engineering or cloud architecture role, ideally in an enterprise or service provider environment

• Very good practical knowledge of various Azure services, especially Azure Networking, Azure Security, Entra ID, Azure DevOps, AKS and Azure Functions

• Sound knowledge of cloud governance, IT security, identity and access management, Zero Trust and FinOps

• Active certification as a Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or a comparable qualification

• Experience in strategic consulting for decision-makers and in presenting complex technical issues

• Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
