Our client is looking for an experienced SAP TM Consultant (m/f/d) to support customers at the Bremen or Munich locations in the implementation and optimisation of SAP Transportation Management, and to implement tailored logistics and transport solutions within the scope of challenging customer projects.

Your tasks

• Advising customers on the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP TM solutions

• Conducting requirement analyses and creating functional as well as technical concepts for customer-specific adjustments

• Customising SAP TM along the end-to-end processes in the transport and logistics environment

• Accompanying the entire project cycle from blueprint through implementation, testing, go-live to the hypercare phase

• Working closely with business departments, development teams, and external stakeholders

• Depending on seniority, taking over sub-project management, workshops, and pre-sales support

• Willingness to travel during certain project phases; outside of these phases, predominantly remote with no regular travel activity

Your profile

• From 5 years of experience in SAP TM consulting or in comparable SAP logistics modules

• Relevant project experience in implementation, rollout, or optimisation projects

• Very good knowledge of SAP TM customising and in designing customer-specific adjustments

• High process and solution competence in the area of transport management / logistics

• Willingness to travel during defined project phases, otherwise no regular travel activity

• Very good written and spoken German skills, good English skills are an advantage

• Structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills

• Attractive compensation model:

  • Professional: €57,000 – €83,000 all-in

  • Senior: €77,000 – €107,000 all-in

  • Variable compensation of approx. 10–15% possible
