Our client is looking for an SAP REFX Consultant (m/f/d) to support and further develop SAP-based real estate processes at the Oberhausen location, acting as an interface between business departments and IT.

Your duties

• Support and further development of the SAP REFX landscape in the real estate environment

• Analysis and optimisation of business processes in real estate management (e.g. lease management, space management, service charge settlement)

• Conception and implementation of adjustments as well as customising in the SAP REFX module

• Participation in projects involving SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps and integration into adjacent modules

• Close cooperation with the Real Estate / Property Management departments and internal IT

• Support with rollouts, tests, training and documentation for users

• Error analysis and 2nd level support in ongoing operations

Your profile

• From 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally with a focus on SAP REFX (Real Estate)

• Very good knowledge of the SAP REFX module and relevant real estate processes

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori and ABAP is desirable

• Confident in dealing with requirements analysis, conception and implementation of solutions

• Fluent written and spoken German and English

• Resident in Oberhausen or the surrounding area, or willingness to be on site regularly

• Structured, independent and service-oriented way of working
