Our client is looking for an SAP Basis and Technology Consultant (m/f/d) to take over SAP Basis operations and administration for customer environments, focusing on stable operations, ticket processing, and the further development of SAP system landscapes.

Your Tasks

• Operational support and administration of SAP system landscapes (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud)

• Advising and supporting customers in the area of SAP Basis and technology operations

• Planning, implementation, and administration of SAP systems and landscapes

• Execution of SAP installations, upgrades, system copies, patches, and performance analyses

• Technical consulting on S/4HANA transformations, RISE with SAP, and SAP on Azure

• Conception and implementation of highly available operational architectures (HA, DR, backup, and recovery)

• Accompanying migrations and integration topics (e.g. SAP HANA migration, Unicode, OS and DB migration)

• Close cooperation with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams

• Focus on operational tasks and ticket processing (approx. 85% of the activity profile)

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in the IT field

• Around four to five years of professional experience in the SAP Basis area

• Sound experience in SAP Basis administration

• Experience in working with SAP S/4HANA

• Confident handling of Linux

• Strong understanding of operational SAP Basis processes and ticket processing

• High service orientation, teamwork skills, and independent way of working

• Systematic and analytical thinking skills
