Job Description

As a Deep Learning Innovation Officer at Recruit, you will play a crucial role in helping clients unlock the value of their data. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts, to develop data-driven strategies, build predictive models, and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that inform business strategies.

• Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models to solve specific business challenges.

• Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, and apply them to client projects.

• Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on your analysis and data modeling efforts.

• Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing) to improve decision-making processes.

• Visualise data and results using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations.

• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages used for data analysis and machine learning.

• Experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling, and data preprocessing.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with data wrangling, data mining, and working with large datasets.

• A degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
