Our client is looking for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) for the support and further development of SAP HCM solutions. The position is also suitable for career starters with initial experience in the IT, HR or SAP environment. The hybrid working model is possible at the Munich, Bad Sobernheim, Duderstadt and Dortmund locations.

Your tasks

• Support in the maintenance of the SAP HCM modules PA, PE, OM, ESS, MSS, FI-TV, PY-DE and PT

• Participation in the optimisation and further development of SAP HCM applications

• Support in advising clients in the SAP HCM environment

• Taking on own sub-tasks and sub-projects after the onboarding phase

• Supporting and advising clients remotely, from the home office and, if required, on site

Your profile

• Completed degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification

• Initial practical experience through internships or activities in the IT, HR or SAP environment is an advantage

• Interest in SAP and software projects

• SAP HCM knowledge desirable, but not a prerequisite

• Very good German skills at least at B2 level as well as good English skills
