Our client is looking for a Java Software Developer (m/f/d) to develop complex applications based on modern Java technologies and to make a significant contribution to the further development of clients' software landscapes in agile projects.

Your responsibilities

• Conception and development of complex Java solutions based on existing requirements

• Development and maintenance of framework components using modern technologies (e.g. Spring Boot, Docker, Git, Jenkins)

• Co-design of a microservices-based software architecture with Java, Spring and JPA

• Support in frontend development (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, Angular or comparable frameworks) in the context of agile projects

• Technical contact person for clients on site and optimisation of project-specific requirements

• Continuous improvement of existing development processes within the team

Your profile

• Completed degree in IT or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

• Practical experience in Java development as well as good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Data

• Experience with common frameworks and tools in the Java environment

• Basic knowledge of DevOps and interest in container technologies (e.g. Docker)

• Very good German language skills (business fluent) and good English language skills
