Our client, a growing IT service provider focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud computing and modern IT infrastructure, is looking for two IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) at short notice to support customers in the Microsoft environment and gradually take on tasks in 2nd-level support.

Your responsibilities

• Processing and independent resolution of support tickets in 1st-level support

• Supporting customers with Windows, Microsoft 365 and general client issues

• Handover and processing of inquiries in 2nd-level support

• Support and administration of clients, especially with Microsoft Intune

• Support in cloud, infrastructure and workplace topics

• Sustainable analysis, troubleshooting and documentation of malfunctions

Your profile

• Experience in IT support, user helpdesk or service desk

• Good knowledge of Windows environments

• Experience in using ticket systems, ideally HaloPSA

• Initial practical experience with cloud technologies

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure or Microsoft Intune is an advantage

• Training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification is desirable
