Our client is looking for a (Senior) IT / OT Security Consultant (m/f/d) to support industrial companies in implementing modern security, compliance and infrastructure projects and to provide them with practical advice on IT and OT security in the automotive, manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Your tasks

• Advising and supporting client projects in the area of IT and/or OT security

• Assisting in the development and further expansion of ISMS structures

• Conducting security assessments, audits and gap analyses

• Collaborating on projects related to ISO 27001, IEC 62443, TISAX or NIS2

• Supporting the conception and implementation of technical and organisational security measures

• Liaising with clients, specialist departments and technical contacts

• Depending on seniority, independent management of projects and more responsible client advisory services

Your profile

• At least 2 years of practical experience in the field of IT or OT security

• Interest in consulting projects and working directly with clients

• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: ISO 27001, IEC 62443, ISMS, SIEM, auditing, TISAX, NIS2 or regulatory requirements

• Experience with network and firewall technologies is an advantage

• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working

• Good written and spoken German language skills

  • Junior: €45,000 – €60,000

  • Consultant: €55,000 – €75,000

  • Senior Consultant: €70,000 – €90,000

  • Lead Consultant: from €85,000+ (depending on sales/acquisition experience as well as team responsibility)
