Our client, an internationally growing technology company for digital solutions and services in the private markets sector, is looking for a Head of Fund Operations (m/f/d) to lead the Capital Management division and drive the operational development of fund processes across several European markets.

Your responsibilities

• Leading managers and senior specialists in the areas of capital calls, distributions, treasury, investor services and ongoing fund administration

• Responsibility for operational quality, efficiency, scalability and client satisfaction within Fund Operations

• Further development of teams, structures and capacity models, as well as building a scalable organisational structure

• Close collaboration with Product and Engineering to automate manual processes, optimise internal tools and further develop the operational platform

• Coordination with Fund Accounting, Investor Onboarding, Fund Implementations and Customer Success for a seamless customer experience

• Managing complex operational, legal and fund-related issues, as well as responsibility for escalation management and consistent implementation across multiple markets

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in fund administration, within a private equity or venture capital environment, or in a comparably complex financial operations area

• Experience in leading other managers, as well as in building and developing high-performing teams and organisations

• Sound knowledge of fund operations, particularly regarding capital calls, distributions, investor services and treasury processes

• Confident handling of complex fund structures, limited partner agreements and fund-related operational challenges

• Strong understanding of process design, automation and scalable operating models

• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to optimise operational systems and digital workflows
