Our client, a leading ICT service provider for German medium-sized businesses, is looking for a Head of AI (m/f/d) to establish, take responsibility for, and translate into scalable solutions the company-wide use of artificial intelligence in the managed services and infrastructure environment.

Your responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a company-wide AI and automation strategy with a focus on concrete applications and measurable added value

• Identification, evaluation, prioritisation, and scaling of relevant AI use cases for operational managed services and IT infrastructures

• Establishment of standards, methods, and governance for secure and sustainable AI deployment

• Development of a marketable AI service portfolio as well as the transfer of successful internal solutions into external services

• Building and developing an AI team as well as professional and disciplinary leadership of employees

• Responsibility for budget, forecast, achieving commercial targets, and the operational implementation of AI activities

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Proven experience in the practical implementation and scaling of AI, technology, or automation projects

• Sound understanding of modern IT infrastructures, cloud platforms, operational processes, and managed services

• Very good knowledge of current AI technologies as well as experience in translating AI potential into productive solutions

• Experience in building and leading teams as well as in developing new technological service offerings

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
