Our client develops digital solutions for fund administration in the private markets sector. The platform combines secure data infrastructures, automated workflows and operational services across the entire fund life cycle. To strengthen the team, they are looking for an experienced professional to manage complex fund processes and help shape the further development of modern fund administration.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting fund managers with capital calls, distributions, reporting and other fund processes

• Managing fund migrations and new fund setups, including data review and reconciliation

• Carrying out and reviewing capital calls and distributions based on the respective fund documentation

• Collaborating with fund managers and fund accounting on calculations and reporting cycles

• Coordinating operational payment processes and treasury tasks

• Further developing and automating workflows in collaboration with Product and Engineering

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, transfer agency or a comparable private markets environment

• Sound knowledge of the fund life cycle, as well as corporate actions and reporting

• Confident handling of LPAs, investment agreements and other fund documentation

• Experience with fund migrations, data reconciliation and complex operational processes

• Structured, diligent and independent way of working

• Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage
