The Challenge

An existing client from the pharmaceutical and medical sector required short-term support in recruiting an SAP project manager for the hyper-care phase of a business-critical S/4HANA project.

We were looking for:

• 1 SAP Project Manager

In addition to experience with S/4HANA projects, the candidate had to be available immediately and ready for a project assignment that would take place predominantly on-site. This combination of high technical specialisation and short-term availability made the search particularly demanding.

Additional time pressure arose because the project assignment was scheduled to start at short notice and the client already expected the first qualified profiles within one day.

Our Approach

In addition to our existing network, we used targeted active sourcing as well as our internal database to identify and pre-qualify experienced SAP project managers with S/4HANA expertise. Speed and precision were the focus throughout the entire recruiting process.

Through close communication with the client, feedback was gathered within a very short time and interviews were coordinated efficiently. Although another recruitment service provider was involved in the placement, NovaSearch was able to present the first suitable profile after just one day and successfully fill the vacancy.
