Visa planned the rapid establishment of an Innovation Hub in Berlin. By the kick-off in April 2025, three key positions - Principal Product Manager, UX Designer, and Staff Product Designer - needed to be filled in the shortest possible time. They were looking for top talent with international payment expertise and a strong local presence in Berlin.
