The Challenge

Sea Cloud Cruises was looking for an IT System Administrator to strengthen the internal team in Hamburg.

Although the position was not highly specialised, the size of the company placed special demands on the recruitment process. They were looking for a candidate with a broad technical background, who works independently and feels at home in a small, tight-knit team.

As the internal IT structure is lean, an unfilled position would have quickly led to the existing team members being overloaded. At the same time, reliable in-house IT support was indispensable for daily business operations.

Prior to our collaboration, the company had already tried to fill the role independently, but without the desired success.
