GEMA, one of the largest rights management organizations in Europe, planned to strategically expand its tech teams. They were looking for:

  • 6 Full Stack Engineers

  • 1 Cloud Engineer

The challenge was not only the number of roles to fill but also the high requirements for the candidates:
