Back-End Developer for STOKR in just 4 days



Initial Situation
STOKR, an innovative Blockchain fintech from the DACH region, was urgently seeking a back-end developer with professional blockchain experience.
Apart from solid Node.js knowledge, practical Web3 experience in a professional environment was required – a challenging profile, as many candidates gain these skills only in part-time projects.
The special challenge: Filling the position and conducting interviews needed to be completed within 2 months – standard notice periods in Germany made a regular solution almost impossible.
Approach
Given the time-sensitive requirements, we opted for targeted direct approaches.
With deep industry knowledge – both in tech and fintech within the DACH region – we were able to identify and convince highly relevant candidates.
The selection process was deliberately kept compact (two stages), as the client, particularly the CTO, recognised that speed was crucial to success.
