Back-End Developer for STOKR in just 4 days

Situation
STOKR, an innovative blockchain fintech from the DACH region, was urgently seeking a back-end developer with professional blockchain experience.
In addition to solid Node.js knowledge, practical Web3 experience in a professional environment was required – a bottleneck profile, as many candidates had only gathered these skills part-time through projects.
The particular challenge: filling the position and conducting interviews had to be completed within 2 months – with standard notice periods in Germany making a regular solution almost impossible.
Approach
Given the time-critical requirements, we opted for targeted direct approach.
With profound industry knowledge – both in tech and fintech within the DACH region – we were able to identify and persuade highly relevant candidates.
