bunch is a fast-growing fund management company based in Berlin. Their platform makes it easy to set up, manage and scale investment funds – offering fund managers a modern, product-led solution in a traditionally complex environment.

The Challenge

As a young company with still-low brand awareness, bunch faced an urgent challenge: finding and winning the right operations specialists quickly enough. The existing team was already working at capacity, with demand and workload growing significantly faster than the hiring pipeline.

Fund operations experts are rare, and competition for this talent is fierce. To maintain high standards and continue delivering an outstanding customer experience, bunch needed to swiftly bolster its operations team with professionals who not only possessed specialised expertise but could also thrive in a dynamic, rapidly scaling environment.
