As a young company with still-low brand awareness, bunch faced an urgent challenge: finding and winning the right operations specialists quickly enough. The existing team was already working at capacity, with demand and workload growing significantly faster than the hiring pipeline.

Fund operations experts are rare, and competition for this talent is fierce.
