Successful backfilling of a Cloud Engineer within 2 hours!

The Challenge
BLUE STEC GmbH was looking for an IT Support / Cloud Engineer for its Lüneburg location to fill a position that had been vacant for some time.
They were looking for a candidate who brought both IT support experience and knowledge of the cloud environment. At the same time, the hybrid working model based in Lüneburg placed an additional restriction on the pool of available candidates.
Our Approach
In a personal exchange, we convinced the management of our way of working and our understanding of the requirements of the position. As a result, BLUE STEC decided to cooperate with NovaSearch.
