The Challenge
With the establishment of Münchmeyer Petersen Capital Markets GmbH, a new division was created within the corporate group. To set up the internal IT structures, two specialised positions were to be filled simultaneously.
The search was for two experienced IT specialists with different technical focuses:
Platform & Infrastructure with responsibility for IT strategy, cloud, infrastructure and AI integration.
Information Security & Compliance with a focus on regulatory requirements in the financial environment, information security and modern AI technologies.
Both roles combined strategic and operational responsibility and required experience in the areas of IT infrastructure, cloud, information security and the establishment of new structures in a regulated environment.
Our Approach
After several successfully completed joint projects, the management board once again chose to work exclusively with NovaSearch.
Thanks to our established network in the IT and financial markets, we were able to present the first suitable candidate less than an hour after the briefing.
In parallel, we identified and secured the interest of the second candidate via a targeted executive-search campaign. In total, we conducted around 20 personal interviews with qualified candidates.
