PPI has been successfully operating in the market for over 40 years and is now one of the leading providers of payment transaction software and consulting services in payments. With locations throughout Germany, the consultancy arm is continuously growing and requires new consultants every year – from Associate to Director.

The Challenge

Before our collaboration began, PPI worked with various providers, but they did not always deliver suitable profiles. Especially in consulting, professional expertise is crucial, which is why quality clearly takes precedence over quantity. PPI also places great value on long-term partnerships and reliability – fewer partners, but with a high degree of suitability.

Our Approach
  • Payments Expertise & Network: Over 15,000 contacts in the payments sector in our CRM and a deep understanding of relevant sub-topics (e.g. POS, Compliance, APMs).

  • Efficient Process: Regular check-ins, close communication with specialist departments, and a short candidate journey with a maximum of two interview rounds.

  • Focus on Retention: Cultural matching, clear expectation management, and open communication. We avoid overpromising and instead sustainably deliver the right talent. Better to have one less offer and gain loyal employees in the long run.

  • Partnership & Long-term: For the past four years, we have been continuously supporting PPI – with new placements every quarter.

  • Over 10 placements from Associate to Director level in recent years

  • 100% Retention: All placed consultants have remained with the company to date
