Visa planned to rapidly establish an Innovation Hub in Berlin. By the kick-off in April 2025, three key positions—Principal Product Manager, UX Designer, and Staff Product Designer—needed to be filled in a very short time frame. Top talent with international payment expertise and local ties to Berlin was sought.
