Back-End Developer for STOKR in just 4 days

Situation

STOKR, an innovative blockchain fintech from the DACH region, was urgently seeking a back-end developer with professional blockchain experience.

In addition to solid Node.js skills, practical Web3 experience in a professional setting was required – a challenging profile, as many candidates have only gathered these skills part-time in projects.

The particular challenge: recruitment and interviews needed to be completed within 2 months – standard notice periods in Germany made a regular solution almost impossible.

Approach

Given the time-critical requirements, we opted for targeted direct contact.

With deep industry knowledge – in both tech and fintech within the DACH region – we were able to identify and convince highly relevant candidates.
