Contracting/Consulting
This is an opportunity to acquire services you need without making a long term commitment. There is no definitive time frame and the people you choose do not become your employees of record; they remain employees of Nova Search. You have the flexibility to try a number of people out in order to find the best fit because you shoulder no risk. Since there are no long term obligations, the interview process tends to be shorter.

Contracting is for you if you need to:

• Assemble an entire project team to go after an account without incurring long term obligations
• Build up a department while staying within corporate guidelines
• Get additional, temporary assistance without increasing head count
• Maintain positive corporate image when 'right-sizing'
