Recruiting Challenge - Director of Manufacturing/Engineering
A world renowned golf manufacturer located in the southwest needed a Director of Manufacturing who was a visionary and golf enthusiast to adapt automotive 'lean manufacturing' techniques to its operations in order to grow sales and drive successful operations.

Resolution
After reviewing over 100 resumes, Nova Search identified the top five candidates. The final candidates were flown in for face-to-face interviews and the position was filled within six weeks of the onset of the search. The candidate of choice was an executive director from a multi-billion dollar organization that implemented strategic planning in manufacturing environments.
