Sharon Hanba
Sharon began her recruiting career in 1993 with Source Services Corporation, a nation-wide multi-million dollar supplier of accounting and IT professionals.   After opening the St. Louis Temporary Accounting Branch of Source, she went into permanent, nation-wide placement with Christopher and Long. Sharon moved to the Detroit area after being courted by MSX International where she became their Permanent Placement Manager for the Detroit automotive market.  

Sharon is the founder of Nova Search, Inc.   She prides herself on servicing her clients with quick response and personalized service.  

Erik Hanba
Erik Hanba began his career in industrial planning and machine evaluation with Mascotech, a leading automotive supplier.   He was subsequently recruited into a German company, ZF Lenksysteme, where he became Lead Engineer of vehicle tuning.   Erik has many project management and automotive certifications, a hallmark of his extensive automotive experience. Today, Erik uses his project management, business development and engineering skills to oversee the success of each placement at Nova Search. Erik also owns and operates HT Motor Sports.

Erik has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University.
